This consultation is a walk-through to help you prepare your home for listing. A buyer makes 95% of their decision to buy within the first 30 seconds of entering your home. Staging will ensure your home makes a great first impression both online and in person.

My aim is to create flow, maximize space and make your home more inviting to potential buyers. After the walk-through and discussion you will receive a detailed report with my recommendations to prepare for photos and listing . Some recommendations may include:

·  Decluttering or removing items

·  Room layout 

·  Minor repairs & touch ups

·  Painting (including color choices) to refresh walls

·  Organizing

·  Lighting changes to brighten spaces

·  Recommendations for décor styling
